This two hour workshop will focus on the common causes of Fibromyalgia and (otherwise unspecified) chronic pain. Students will learn ways to alleviate pain, address underlying causes, and improve overall physical, mental and emotional health. Daily practices to benefit these conditions and support other treatment modalities will be instructed. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing, as the workshop will include a gentle Hatha yoga sequence. Students may also bring a notebook and pen.
