Restorative Thai Yoga Sessions

In 2009, Kelly was given the opportunity to receive training with Lotus Palm School. Her interest in the practice of Restorative Thai Yoga grew from her roots in dance as a child and her foundation as a yoga instructor. Kelly believes regular practice utilizing both Restorative Thai Yoga and Hatha yoga in combination to be wonderful tool for many in promoting health and well being.

Restorative Thai Yoga Sessions are based from ancient practices which guide the recipient through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.

Restorative Thai Yoga Sessions combine the best of Hatha yoga and guided full body relaxation. These sessions are performed on a specialized mat in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility and are customized to the needs and wants of each person.  Restorative Thai Yoga Sessions can provide amazing results to reduce stress, ease discomfort and create profound feelings of relaxation.
